Job Summary: We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to manage our front desk and provide excellent client service in our real estate company. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and potential buyers in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings between clients and sales representatives.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Provide information about property listings, ongoing projects, and company services to visitors.
- Assist in handling client queries and complaints with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ensure all client records, visitor logs, and appointment schedules are up to date.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth communication.
- Support administrative tasks such as handling courier services, office supplies, and scheduling conference rooms.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in reception, front office, or guest relations (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or corporate sector).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software
- Presentable, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
- Fluency in [English, Hindi, or other relevant languages] is an advantage.
