Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 a month
We are seeking a professional and compassionate Front Office Executive for our hospital. The ideal candidate should have experience in front office management, billing, and patient care, ensuring a smooth and efficient hospital experience for patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Handle patient inquiries, appointments, and registrations efficiently.
- Billing & Payments: Generate invoices, process payments, and ensure accurate billing.
- Patient Coordination: Guide patients regarding hospital procedures, doctor consultations, and diagnostic tests.
- Counseling & Assistance: Provide basic counseling to patients regarding treatment procedures, hospital facilities, and financial estimates.
- Records & Documentation: Maintain patient records, discharge summaries, and admission details accurately.
- Communication: Coordinate between patients, doctors and hospital departments for smooth workflow.
- Complaint Handling: Address and resolve patient concerns professionally.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in front office, billing, and patient handling in a hospital or healthcare setup.
- Education: Graduate (Any stream) / Diploma in Hospital Management is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hospital billing software and MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure.
- Good problem-solving and counseling skills.
