Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
  • Offer and serve tea, coffee, or water to visitors and executives.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of beverages and refreshments.
  • Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle courier services and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor.
