Salary: ₹8,313.17 – ₹24,872.40 a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a welcoming environment.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings efficiently.
- Offer and serve tea, coffee, or water to visitors and executives.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock levels of beverages and refreshments.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle courier services and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Equipment Familiarity: Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, phone systems).
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage.
