We are looking for a Reservation Executive to provide excellent customer service to our hotel’s guests.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing our Front Desk Department
- Managing mailing and calls from Guests
- Communicating well with our guests
- Providing stay details of our hotel to make their visit more enjoyable.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in the same field is required.
