  • Room Magic: Coordinate with housekeeping to make sure rooms are sparkling clean and ready on time.

  • Welcome Wagon: Send courteous messages to guests the day before they check in.
  • Health Guru: Record temperatures and check vaccination statuses of arriving guests.
