Job Overview

MicroStrategy India is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support for its Business Intelligence and Cloud product suite.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate a customer-first mindset while working in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for MicroStrategy’s BI products and Cloud platform

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues efficiently

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and partners through high-quality interactions

  • Collaborate with internal development and application teams to resolve product defects

  • Escalate and communicate product enhancements or defects to engineering teams

  • Create customer-facing technical documentation and solution guides

  • Support customers during working hours (approximately 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST)

  • Participate in internal development programs for continuous learning

  • Work effectively within a team-driven environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of IT customer service or technical support experience

  • At least 1 year of experience with MicroStrategy platform usage or administration

  • Knowledge of Python, REST API, Java, SQL, HTML, or XML/XSL

  • Windows/Linux system administration knowledge

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Cloud certifications such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

  • Experience working in cloud-based enterprise environments
