Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the operations team and other departments as needed.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Customer Service:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about company products or services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate records of office activities and operations.
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup, catering, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in operations or administrative support.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Languages: English (Preferred), Hindi (Preferred)
