Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Manage the visitor logbook and issue visitor badges.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team and other departments as needed.
  • Manage calendars and schedule appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

Customer Service:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about company products or services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.

Record Keeping:

  • Maintain accurate records of office activities and operations.
  • Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup, catering, and equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Graduate (Bachelor’s Preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in operations or administrative support.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Languages: English (Preferred), Hindi (Preferred)
