Job Summary: The Front Desk Associate/Executive is the first point of contact for visitors and clients entering the organization. The role involves greeting visitors, answering phone calls, providing administrative support, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visitorโ€™s Interaction: Greet and welcome visitors to create a positive first impression.
  • Phone Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Information Provision: Provide information about the organization and its services to clients and visitors.
  • Mail & Package Management: Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
