Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (mandatory)
- Education: Any graduate
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, especially Excel)
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor and call handling
- Maintain office records, documents, and correspondence
- Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies
- Supervise housekeeping and office support staff
- Assist HR and management with administrative tasks
- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail/courier services
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
