• Handle customer calls and course-related inquiries efficiently.

• Communicate fluently in English and Hindi.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate effectively and close deals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (mandatory).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
