Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Customer Service and Sales Representative.
• Your main responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining products and services, answering questions, and providing excellent customer service.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, following up with customers, and achieving sales targets.
• You will also be responsible for order verification, abandoned carts conversion, RTO monitoring and cancellation reduction.
• They will also handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• The role is located in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills and able to converse in English and Hindi.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Ability to persuade and influence customers
• Good problem-solving skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in using CRM software
• Prior experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred
• Ability to convince customers and handle objections
• Ability to record data and do basic Excel analysis

Job Requirements

• Candidate will be required to make outbound calls cutting across order verification of COD orders, cancellation enquiries and converting abandoned shopping carts into sales
• Candidate will also be responsible for reducing the RTO and cancellation metrics by engaging with customers effectively.
• Candidate has to be adhere to minimum SLA for order verifications and clearance for on-time despatches.
• Candidate will also be required to convert COD orders into prepaid to maximise profit for the company.
