Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller to talk to customers, share details about our jewellery, and invite them to visit our store. You will handle phone calls, answer questions, and help increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to share offers and new jewellery collections.
• Answer customer questions about products and services.
• Keep a record of calls and customer details.
• Invite customers to visit the store.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Friendly and polite while talking to customers.
• Interest in Jewellery and fashion.
• Experience in telecalling or sales is a bonus.
