HR Executive – Wootz Buildsys LLP

About the Role

Wootz Buildsys LLP is hiring an experienced HR Executive with strong exposure to construction industry HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, site & office payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee relations. This role requires close coordination with project sites and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

1) End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer release, and onboarding

  • Hire site engineers, supervisors, labor staff, and office employees

  • Coordinate manpower requirements with project managers and site in-charges

  • Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely hiring

2) Payroll Management (Site & Office)

  • Process monthly payroll for both site and office employees

  • Manage attendance, overtime, advances, and deductions

  • Coordinate with accounts team for salary disbursement

  • Handle wage calculations for site workers

  • Manage Full & Final settlements

3) Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, BOCW, and other labor laws

  • Maintain statutory documentation and records

  • Coordinate labor license compliance, contractor documentation, and site audits

4) HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR database

  • Issue HR documents (Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Warning Letters, etc.)

  • Manage joining and exit formalities

  • Track leave and attendance records

  • Support performance appraisal processes

5) Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances at site and office

  • Conduct engagement and welfare activities

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace discipline

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Construction HR practices

  • Hands-on experience in site payroll processing

  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance

  • Good coordination and communication skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software

Educational Qualification

  • MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)

  • Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory)
