About the Role

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and employee engagement. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to important HR initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms

  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates

  • Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants

  • Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Assist in preparing onboarding documentation for new employees

  • Support induction and orientation programs

  • Help coordinate the employee exit process

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system

  • Assist with attendance tracking and leave management

  • Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates

Employee Engagement

  • Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events

  • Collect employee feedback and suggest improvements to workplace culture

General HR Support

  • Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies

  • Assist with payroll data preparation (attendance, new hires, absences, etc.)

  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks and projects

Qualifications

Education

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
