Data Analytics Engineer – Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and relationships in the data.
• Collect, clean, store and preprocess data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and quality checks
• Develop and maintain data models, data pipelines, dashboards, and reports to visualize and present insights to stakeholders.
• Provide data for the Growth KPI metrics
• Provide reports for the billing team to go ahead with billing.
• Analyze complex datasets using statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to extract meaningful insights.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and respond to data-related inquiries from stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
• Interpret data and present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, developments, and best practices in data analysis and incorporate them into our processes and methodologies.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data infrastructure, tools, and processes.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
• Business Communication Skills (email and conference calls) and Fluent with English language

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, Excel, PySpark
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Grafana, Streamlit, matplotlib/seaborn, OpenSearch
• Understanding of SDLC, data warehousing, data modeling and ETL concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes and objectives.

Preferred Skills:

• 0 to 2 years of experience as a Software Developments or similar role.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with scripting language (Python) is a plus.
• Certification on Data Science, Data Analytics is added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
