We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our team at Clarivate. This is an amazing opportunity to be a member of a Content Ingestion team. The team consists of about 7+ people. We would love to speak with you if you have the skills into Content Ingestion.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:
- Bachelors degree in a computer related field
- Experience with Linux command line
- Experience with Perl, or Shell scripting
- Knowledge of XML and XPath
- Comfortable and capable of working in a fluid environment
- Good trouble shooting skills
- Able to troubleshoot issues in systems with many components
- Ability and Desire to learn new things
- SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, and SSH
- Good Communications skills
- Java and Python experience
- Knowledge of Git
- Knowledge of Jira
It would be great if you also had . . .
Knowledge of XML and XPath
What will you be doing in this role?
- Daily support of LNU and other basic Ops issues (SOPS)
- Daily monitoring and reporting
- Documentation
- Manual script execution
- Strong Linux experience
- Able to make changes to existing code base
- Strong development experience
Hours of Work
45 hours in a week, working days Monday to Friday, working hours 12PM to 9PM IST, Hybrid working mode.
