As a Software Engineer in the Employer Agent team, you will be a key contributor in building cutting-edge LLM-powered agents that revolutionize the way employers interact with Indeed. These intelligent agents will operate within a sophisticated multi-agent platform, empowering employers to optimize their hiring workflows, streamline talent discovery, and enhance their overall hiring success. You will work alongside a talented team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that leverage the power of large language models (LLMs) like LangChain and OpenAI. Our systems are very large in scale and high-performing. You will regularly be collaborating with teams outside of your team and your organization, to make progress on critical projects.

Education Requirement:

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant LLM-powered agents that address key employer needs
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including researchers, product managers, designers, and other engineers) to define requirements, iterate on designs, and deliver impactful solutions
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrations with external systems.
• Partner effectively with teams across different time zones and geographies
• Conduct rigorous testing and performance analysis to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our LLM agents
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our engineering practices
• Work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Proactively identify and address technical challenges, proposing and implementing innovative solutions
• Continuously learn and adapt to the rapidly evolving field of AI and LLM technology

Skills/Competencies

• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with a proven foundation in object-oriented programming values
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries such as LangChain, Transformers, and OpenAI APIs
• Experience with building and deploying RESTful APIs and microservices
• Exceptional understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• An exceptional work ethic, a passion for learning, and a desire to contribute to cutting-edge AI research and development.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving

Salary Range Transparency India

2,920,000 – 4,380,000 INR per year
