Role Description: As a Founding Engineer at PillarX, you’ll be among our first technical hires, working directly with the Founders to build high-impact products from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical vision, hiring engineers, and building a scalable platform. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves writing code and building applications, solving real-world problems, passionate about AI (Artificial Intelligence), and Design, and is ready to take on leadership responsibilities as the company scales.
What We Are Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade applications.
- Strong expertise in Python, FastAPI, Next.js, React Native.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, DevOps, and testing.
- Knowledge of real-time systems, and AI (Artificial Intelligence)-driven applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and willingness to move fast.
- Interest in AI (Artificial Intelligence)-driven automation, industrial IoT (Internet of Things), or construction tech is a plus.
- Experience with web frameworks and libraries
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
