Job Overview

DigiClimber is seeking an experienced and passionate SEO Manager who truly understands search engine optimization and digital growth strategies. The ideal candidate will lead SEO initiatives, drive organic traffic, and collaborate across teams to improve overall search performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis.

  • Perform technical SEO audits and implement necessary optimizations.

  • Execute on-page SEO improvements including meta tags, content optimization, and internal linking.

  • Implement updates within content management systems (CMS).

  • Plan and manage content production, including content calendars and writing.

  • Track, analyze, and report SEO performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to align strategies.

  • Work closely with developers and product teams to implement SEO-related enhancements.

  • Design and test new SEO strategies and experiments.

  • Present SEO strategies, reports, and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and search engine algorithm changes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience.

  • Proven experience as an SEO Manager or in a similar leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).

  • Passion for digital marketing and search engine optimization.

  • Ability to develop, justify, communicate, and execute effective SEO strategies.

  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong project management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.

  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Experience with other marketing channels such as PPC campaigns.

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, especially WordPress.

  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO.

  • Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
