Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
Convince customers and close sales over phone calls.
Maintain call records and customer interaction details.
Follow up with interested leads to generate conversions.
Achieve monthly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Tamil, Hindi, or English.
Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.
Confident, energetic, and target-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently from home.
Prior telecalling or sales experience preferred.
Earnings Structure
No fixed salary.
