We are currently seeking dedicated teachers to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission. The current openings are for energetic and passionate online teachers who are available to work in the below timings.

Timings: Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays 5am – 11am and 330pm -1030pm. Break times are included within these hours. Please note that working on Saturdays and Sundays in the timings specified is mandatory. Availability to work in the above timings are mandatory.

• Experience: Experience with non-native Malayalam speakers is mandatory hence candidates who have lived/worked outside Kerala preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in any industry.
• A laptop or desktop with a built-in camera/webcam and power backup.
• High-speed internet connection.
• Proficiency with online meeting tools (e.g., Skype, Zoom, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, PPT, etc.).
• Ability to create audio-visual learning content for children.
• Passion for working with children.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Availability to work in the time slots 5am – 11am and 330pm -1030pm (Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays).

Required Skills:

• Passion and ability to communicate effectively with children.
• Fluency in speaking and writing Malayalam; native speakers only.
• Clear and correct pronunciation of Malayalam (അക്ഷരശുദ്ധി).
• Ability to conduct classes according to a defined plan.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Dedication and passion for teaching.
• Ability to customize classes based on specific needs.
• Commitment to the specified timings.
• Prior experience in conducting online classes is an advantage.
• Competence in creating audio-visual learning content for children.
• Experience with non-native Malayalam speakers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
