Classroom Management:

• Establish routines, rules, and positive classroom culture.

Child Development Knowledge:

• Understand developmental milestones and tailor activities accordingly.

Curriculum Planning:

• Design engaging lessons incorporating various learning areas (language, math, science, art, etc.).

Social-Emotional Learning:

• Promote cooperation, empathy, and self-regulation skills.

Creative Activities:

• Utilize art, music, and dramatic play to foster creativity and expression.

Communication Skills:

• Interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.

Individualized Support:

• Identify and address each child’s unique needs
