Job Title: PRT / TGT Hindi Teacher

LOCATION: FARIDABAD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Hindi:
  • PRT: Teach Hindi to primary school students (Grades I-V) by making the subject fun, engaging, and age-appropriate.
  • TGT: Teach Hindi to middle and high school students (Grades VI-VIII ), covering grammar, literature, composition, and more.
  • Develop lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum and cater to the learning needs of all students.
  • Classroom Management:
  • Create a positive, disciplined, and interactive learning environment.
  • Encourage students to actively participate in discussions, activities, and language games.
  • Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, nurturing space for learning.
  • Assessment & Evaluation:
  • Regularly assess students’ language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Conduct tests, assignments, and quizzes to evaluate progress.
  • Provide constructive feedback and address any learning difficulties.
  • Student Development:
  • Identify and address students’ individual learning needs, offering additional support where necessary.
  • Motivate students to improve their Hindi language skills and develop an interest in the language and culture.
  • Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities like Hindi debates, recitations, and cultural programs.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ progress and behavior.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to support the academic and personal growth of students.
  • Professional Growth:
  • Attend teacher training programs, workshops, and educational seminars to improve teaching techniques and stay updated on the latest pedagogical trends.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to refine language teaching methods and classroom strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi (B.A. in Hindi) or equivalent, with a B.Ed.
  • Experience: Previous teaching experience in a primary or secondary school setting is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Hindi language (both written and spoken).
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Ability to design engaging lessons and educational materials.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with students, parents, and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
