Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise a team of data entry operators
Train and guide freshers in data entry and processing tasks
Ensure 100% accuracy and quality in all project deliveries
Monitor team performance and maintain productivity benchmarks
Prepare KPI reports and present performance summaries to the leadership team
Assist in developing and implementing KRAs to achieve organizational goals
