Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, and provide product/service information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update records.
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
- Provide feedback to the management for process improvement.
- Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or Excel is a plus.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
