Job Summary: We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, engage with customers, and provide product/service information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Maintain a database of customer information and update records.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned.
  • Provide feedback to the management for process improvement.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication at all times.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM software or Excel is a plus.
  • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
