Customer Care Specialist – International Process

We are hiring Customer Care Specialists for an International Process.

Job Location: Jaipur

Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Salary: Upto 35K CTC

Role:

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution.
