About the Role: We seek a B2B Telecalling Executive to engage HR professionals and decision-makers, promoting a professional course from a prestigious business school. The role requires strong communication skills, proactive follow-ups, and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to HR professionals to promote our courses.
- Communicate course benefits, handle queries, and maintain client relationships.
- Manage client data in Excel and send professional emails for outreach.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (written & verbal).
- Basic Excel and email drafting skills.
- Self-motivated with objection-handling skills.
- Experience in B2B telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
