- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities
Required Candidate profile
- 2+ years of experience in Home loan/LAP sales in NCR region in fintech/banks/NBFC/DSA channel, preferably in DSA market
Experience: 5 – 10 Years
Salary: 7 Lac 50 Thousand To 10 Lac P.A.
