Job Location: Jaipur

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate

Skills: With excellent communication skills both written and verbal communication in English.

Salary: Upto 35K CTC

Role:

• Handle customer complaints
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Dealing with customer issues and churning out an easy-to-follow solution
