Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
- Customer Outreach: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services and address inquiries.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations over the phone to convert leads into sales.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Market Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback, preferences, and market trends to the management team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
