Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about products/services.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream).
- Fluent in English or Hindi (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
