Salary: ₹9,431.90 – ₹29,185.04 a month
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience.
- Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting.
- Process orders, updates, and provide relevant information to customers.
- Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Document and track customer interactions using call center software.
- Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Meet performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to stay up to date with product and service knowledge.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism and patience.
- Flexible and adaptable to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
