Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and patience.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting.
  • Process orders, updates, and provide relevant information to customers.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions using call center software.
  • Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Meet performance targets, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality metrics.
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives to stay up to date with product and service knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult or upset customers with professionalism and patience.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
