360 Clientele by AdClickMagnet is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller / Inside Customer Care Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce them to 360 Clientele’s services.
• Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest and convert leads.
• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and detailed records.
• Follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, or messages to nurture leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections, and provide relevant solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to optimize outreach strategies.
• Maintain a professional and friendly tone while engaging with potential customers.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years in telecalling, inside sales, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
• Education: High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Skills:
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CRM software knowledge is a plus).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
• Language: Fluency in English is required.
