Job Responsibilities
Manage order fulfillment across the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth execution from order placement to delivery.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify, follow up, and work on leads related to Solar and Real Estate Infrastructure projects.
Coordinate and place orders with suppliers as per project requirements.
Manage invoicing processes and oversee logistics in coordination with customers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
Ensure timely payment collection based on a clear understanding of project timelines and schedules.
