Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 a month

Job Overview: The Handwriting Lab is seeking a dedicated and result-driven Sales Telecaller to join our team.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact potential customers (leads provided), explain our English Handwriting Improvement Course, and convert them into buyers. This is a full-time, work-from-home opportunity exclusively for female candidates.

We are particularly looking for a candidate who speak Malayalam, Tamil and English fluently (All three Languages necessary).

Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with leads provided by the company.
• Explain the features and benefits of our Handwriting Improvement Postal Course convincingly.
• Address customer queries and guide them through the purchase process.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and conversions.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Malayalam.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• A good internet connection, smartphone, and laptop/desktop for smooth calling.
