Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.

Follow up on leads

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of at least 6 months in a telecalling or customer service role preferred.
• Fluent in English
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• At least 6 months – 1 year of working experience required
