Job Title: Hindi Telecaller – Bank Call Center
Location: Noida, Sector 62
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Hindi Telecallers to join our banking call center in Noida, Sector 62. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic understanding of English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to banking services.
- Assist customers with queries regarding bank products and services.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure service quality.
- Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system.
- Work closely with the team to meet daily and monthly targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or above.
- Languages: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory; basic understanding of English is required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking and customer service is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and call logging.
Experience:
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or banking sector will be an advantage.
Working Days: 6 days a week
