We are hiring candidates for Customer Support Executive for Australian and UK processes.

Shifts: Rotational shifts & 6 days working

QUALIFICATION: GRADUATE AND 12TH PASS

Communication Skills: EXCELLENT ENGLISH/ HINDI COMMUNICATION IS MUST FOR THIS JOB

Job description / Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chats. Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated matters efficiently.
  • Order and Service Management: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, returns, and refunds. Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in CRM software. Generate reports on customer satisfaction, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Feedback Collection and Improvement: Solicit customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes. Provide suggestions to management for service enhancement based on customer insights.
  • Microsoft Office and Excel Work: Use Microsoft Excel for tracking customer data, analysing trends, and generating reports. Maintain and organise databases in Excel to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service procedures.

Experience:

  • Total work: 0-1 year (Required)
  • Customer service: 1+ year (Required/preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule: Rotational shift, UK shift

Work Location: In person
