Job Description:
- Inbound and Outbound calls: Advise customers and follow up with the customers.
- Customer Convincing: Ability to convince customers about taking a trip with Switrus.
- Quality Consultation: Provide professional and quality consultation that exceeds client expectations.
- Communication Skills: Should have good communication skill.
- Target Achievement: Able to deliver the assigned targets on a weekly / monthly basis.
- Call Handling: Handling Incoming Calls.
- Customer Follow-up: Follow up with Exciting Customers.
- Departure Follow-up: Followup with FIXED Departure customers.
- Package Provision: Provide Group and Individual Packages as per requirement.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain Good Relationship with the customers and obtain feedback from customers.
Experience: One year experience in tele calling is mandatory.
