Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily call Centre operations, guide the team to success and promote a cohesive team.
- Maximize the productivity of resources by conducting effective resources planning.
- Guide representatives through difficult call or issues.
- Collect and analyze the call centre data basis with other departments, gathering information and resolve the issues.
- Lead, support, motivate branch staffs and ensure the atmosphere is positive & vibrant.
- Recruit and provide adequate training for all new joiners.
- Continuous monitoring of branch performance and ensure all business results.
- Implementing and monitoring compliance of the SOP for the call Centre.
- Ability to handling Multi Tasks & meet deadlines in fast phase and changing the environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Any degree (Regular mode)
- Good Experience for about 05 to 08 years.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
- Knowledge in using MS Office & Google Documents
- Excellent in planning, organizing and time management skills

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
