Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our international process team (Team). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries (Queries), providing support via calls, emails, or chat, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Meet or exceed customer service quality and response time targets.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure compliance with international communication and data security standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service (preferably international process) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shifts.
