Requirements:
- English Communication Skills: Excellent English voice communication skills are a must.
- Education: Graduates required. Bachelor’s (Required)
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Age Limit: Age limit criteria (18-34) Only apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support to clients through voice channels.
- Follow up with customers and ensure their needs are met.
- Achieve assigned targets within agreed timelines while adhering to quality guidelines.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the client’s products/services.
- Accurately log all interactions using established business processes and tools.
- Provide prompt, reliable, and accurate information to customers.
