Call Center Agent (US Inbound)

Assist patients with online appointment scheduling and answering questions for a US-based inbound process.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients via text/call with scheduling appointments online.
• Look up patient information in the EMR (Electronic Medical Record) system.
• Offer available appointment slots based on patient needs.
• Confirm appointments and ensure accurate scheduling.
• Handle patient inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Working Hours: 7 am – 4 pm MST, Monday – Friday

Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, US Shift, Night shift

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience (Required)
• Language: Fluent English (Required)
• Shift availability: Night Shift (Required)
