  Versant Score: Voice – 65
  Experience: Minimum 1 year of contact center experience
  CTC: Up to ₹5.50 LPA
  Monthly Incentive Variable (MIV): ₹2,500
  Take-Home Salary: ₹38,061
  Transport allowance: ₹4000
• Blended Process (Voice + Non-Voice)
  Education: Graduate/Undergraduate
  Versant Scores: Voice – 65 Non-Voice – 65
  Experience: Minimum 1 year of contact center experience
  CTC: Up to ₹5.80 LPA
  Monthly Incentive Variable (MIV): ₹2,500
  Take-Home Salary: ₹40,257
  Transport allowance: ₹4000

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
