Job Description
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
- Identify and qualify potential customers based on company criteria.
- Clearly explain the company’s products/services and handle basic queries.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and interactions in the CRM.
- Follow-up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Experience: At least 2 Years of Experience in International Voice Process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
