Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in an international setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information, answer queries, and offer resolutions to customer concerns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering quality service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior at all times.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Prior experience in the International Voice Process is preferred
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
