We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Voice Process Associate to join our team.
This role involves handling voice-based interactions with clients and customers from around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information related to products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Update customer records and maintain detailed documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
- Work in varying shifts, including nights and weekends, to accommodate different time zones.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Ensure clear communication with customers who speak different languages.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per year
