Generating Leads and Making Outbound Calls: Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

Understanding Customer Needs: Asking questions to identify customer requirements and tailor the sales pitch accordingly.

Presenting Products/Services: Explaining the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.

Handling Inquiries and Objections: Answering questions, addressing concerns, and overcoming objections raised by customers.

Closing Sales: Persuading customers to make a purchase and completing the sales process.

Maintaining Customer Relationships: Building and nurturing relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Managing Customer Data: Updating customer information in the database and maintaining accurate records.

Providing Excellent Customer Service: Offering a positive and helpful experience to all customers.

Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.

Collaborating with other teams: Working with other departments, such as marketing and field sales, to achieve overall sales goals.
