• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Problem Solving: Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues, ensuring efficient and effective solutions.
• Knowledge Base: Stay updated on products, services, and company policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Communication: Communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information into relevant databases.
• Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team to achieve shared goals.
