Telecaller/Telesales Executive at Global Foreign Service

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our healthcare recruitment department, responsible for promoting our services and generating leads through outbound calls. We are an “International Healthcare Recruitment Agency assisting healthcare professionals across India to find their dream jobs in the Middle East”. This target-based role requires exceptional communication skills to engage with potential clients and healthcare professionals effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, healthcare professionals, and candidates.
• Promote Global Foreign Service’s healthcare recruitment services and explain the benefits to potential clients.
• Build and maintain a strong database of potential clients and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to convert them into successful placements or clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets to contribute to the overall growth of the firm.
• Gather feedback from clients and candidates to improve our services and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand the requirements and effectively match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or telesales with a track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry or prior experience in healthcare recruitment will be advantageous.
• Strong negotiation abilities to convert leads into clients or successful placements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and self-motivation to overcome challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
